Fornax chess engine v3.0

COMPILATION
Use 'make' to compile from source.
Note that Fornax 3 is now written partially in C++, hopefully this will also make it more portable.
For Windows systems I encountered a problem that certain MinGW Windows compilers are missing a
std::future implementation.
